1. Who we are
Levitudo Services B.V. and its affiliated companies ('Levitudo', 'we' or 'our') develop, acquire, own, finance, lease and manage real estate. We are committed to protecting personal data and processing it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable privacy legislation.
2. Scope
This Privacy Statement applies to website visitors, tenants, prospective tenants, guarantors, directors, authorised representatives, ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), suppliers, contractors, advisers, brokers, investors, financing parties, job applicants and other individuals whose personal data are processed by Levitudo.

4. Personal Data We Process
Depending on our relationship with you, we may process:
• identification and contact details;
• employer, job title and business contact information;
• company registration and tax information;
• payment and invoicing details;
• correspondence and communications;
• visitor registration data;
• CCTV images where applicable;
• information required for due diligence, compliance or legal proceedings;
• information relating to the verification of directors, authorised representatives and UBOs;
• website usage information.
Where reasonably necessary for identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations or the protection of our legitimate interests, Levitudo may request, inspect, record or retain details from a government-issued identification document (such as a passport or identity card). We will only do so where this is necessary, proportionate and permitted or required by applicable law, and we will not retain more information than is required for the relevant purpose.
5. Why We Process Personal Data
We process personal data only where necessary to:
• enter into, perform and terminate agreements;
• verify the identity and authority of directors, authorised representatives and UBOs;
• manage and operate our real estate portfolio;
• coordinate maintenance and services;
• administer invoices and payments;
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
• protect our rights, assets and security;
• manage disputes and claims;
• support financing, refinancing, acquisitions, disposals and due diligence;
• recruit employees; and
• operate and improve our website.
6. Legal Basis
We process personal data on the basis of performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests and, where required by law, your consent.
7. Sharing Personal Data
We may share personal data with property managers, maintenance contractors, professional advisers, accountants, lawyers, notaries, insurers, banks, IT service providers and public authorities where required by law.
As an institutional real estate investor and asset manager, Levitudo may also share relevant personal data with purchasers, vendors, investors, lenders and their professional advisers in connection with acquisitions, disposals, financing, refinancing or other corporate or real estate transactions, where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
8. International Transfers
Where personal data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, Levitudo implements appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
9. Retention
Personal data are retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or to comply with applicable legal obligations. Government-issued identification documents or related verification records are retained only where reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose or where required by law, after which they are securely deleted or destroyed.
10. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
11. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or object to certain processing activities. Requests may be submitted to privacy@levitudo.com.
